Seattle's most authentic cheesesteak has a cult following, a track record since 2008, and a model built to travel. Now we're handing the spatula to a few serious operators. Could be you.
Three low-footprint formats · proven since 2008 · request the FDD in 2 minutes — no broker, no pressure.
Calozzi's isn't a concept somebody dreamed up in a boardroom. It started as a table and a beach umbrella on a Belltown sidewalk in 2008 and became the cheesesteak Seattle argues about — covered by Men's Journal, the Seattle Times, and The Infatuation, with hundreds of die-hard regulars.
That's the rare franchise combination: real demand, simple operations, and small real-estate needs. You're not inventing a market — you're bringing a beloved brand to a neighborhood that's been waiting for it.
A focused cheesesteak menu runs lean — which means you can launch in the format that fits your market and budget.
Al's actual cheesesteak system — the chop, the rolls, the "wit or witout" — and a brand with built-in credibility.
Time on the grill with the original. You learn it the way Al makes it, not from a binder.
Sourcing for the steak, rolls, and cheese so your sandwich tastes like Georgetown on day one.
Your location plugs into the new Calozzi's site, online ordering, and the branded app — no DIY website needed.
Brand assets, launch playbook, and the press halo of a name people already trust.
A defined territory so you're building your area, not competing with the shop down the street.
Franchisees plug into Calozzi's partner network from day one — beverages, financing, premium beef, and turnkey build-out.
BeveragesIce-cold Pepsi poured at every Calozzi's.
Build-outTurnkey trailer & storefront build-out.
FinancingFranchise financing to get you open.Vendor relationships pass through to every franchisee.
The trailer and walk-up formats keep startup costs low compared to a full-build restaurant franchise — one of the most accessible doors into food franchising.
Calozzi's exact franchise fee, royalty, and total investment for each format are set out in our Franchise Disclosure Document — the only place those figures are official. Request it below and we'll walk the real numbers for your market. This page is advertising, not an offer; a franchise is offered only by the FDD.
Request the FDDFans keep telling us where the next Calozzi's belongs. Raise your hand for your city — when a market hits critical mass, we award it to one operator. One.
Live board — every hand raised here is a real one.
Territories are awarded to a single operator, and the build pipeline takes a limited number of new locations per quarter. If your city is on this board, someone is going to get it. The only question is who.
A Calozzi's doesn't have to be four walls. The brand runs on trailers — so operators can own a format, not just a location. Same demand engine, new ways to run the show.
Concept — circuit offerings are being formalized. Raise your hand to get in line early.
Run Calozzi's inside the venue. One operator owns the stadium relationship, the stand, and every home game.
Bite of Seattle, the seafood fest, farmers markets, fairs. Two trailers, a season of events, a playbook we build with you.
Own the trailer route through the South Sound — office parks, breweries, private events. Calozzi's started as a cart; this is that, scaled.
Got a lane we haven't named? A campus, a corridor, a standing event? Tell us what you'd run.
One city can hold a storefront owner and a festival operator and a stadium team. More ways to run means more of the map open at once.
No commitment — just the facts. We'll get you the Franchise Disclosure Document and set up a call.
No spam, no cold calls — just the formats and the FDD. We follow up once; you drive the rest.
